Last weekend we experienced an unusually warm couple of days in Philadelphia. Low to mid 50 degree weather and a touch of sunlight really livened up the city. I grabbed my camera and snapped some of those familiar buildings I walk by all the time but rarely take time to really look at. The Hale building (picture #4), the Witherspoon Building off of Walnut Street, the Philadelphia Art Museum Perelman building, residential side streets, The Drake, new additions to the city, and ornate chimneys are all architectural beauties in their own right. Sometimes this old city surprises me.
