Cooking Kind of Weekend

I can't take credit for making the French toast, but I sure did eat it all.  I even made some good food for the week.  Muffins!

I'm going out of the country on Wednesday so nothing too huge was in the works food-wise.  Nonetheless, I look forward to some interesting food when I head south!
