Beer Review (25): Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Stout

The Sierra Nevada Stout is a beer that I have passed up dozens of times at the local beer joint.  I'm glad I finally gave it a chance because it surprised the heck out of me.  It pours almost black and has a slightly toasted and malty taste.  Very mellow notes of coffee and spices in the background.  It was a great stout and not too heavy.  I suggest grabbing  a pack.  I also like that their beers come in shortys.
