Natural Log Skateboards

Last Fall my car was towed and relocated to another part of the city for paving.  The bad-it took about 6 hours to locate my vehicle and I had to ride in a cop car.  The good-the cop was totally nice and let my dog ride along.  The extra good-the streets around my house are now freshly paved and ready to rip on.  The only trouble is that I haven't found the perfect mini-cruiser,... until today.  Behold Natural Log Skateboards made in San Diego, California. These boards are simple and beautiful.  I'd love to pop to the store on one!  I swiped all of these pictures off of their instagram, so go follow them for more!

When I was 15 my dad built me a 4 ft. half pipe.  All the way through high school I loved skating around the driveway and then, one day, just stopped.  I don't even know why, its sad!  Now I'm looking to bring back a waffle sole and get the feeling of the wheels churning under my feet.  #SpringThings

  1. Same here, I just stopped skating too, maybe when I was 13. It peaked when I was 12, that summer. A big skate park opened, it was immense. I wish I learnt to board though, too old now. These are beauts.

  4. Those are pretty awesome. A good mini cruiser is hard to come by. Usually they're too skinny and won't maintain momentum. I live on Alki - a long stretch of beach and businesses just west of downtown Seattle - there's a bike path that runs the length of the area, so you can skate from bar to bar when it isn't raining... so like July 5th to August 28th ;)

    1. I don't know how you guys deal with the rain over there! I guess it helps that the city itself is really beautiful
