I see all of these posts filled with trendy gadgets and clothing and I really wonder, would my dad EVER care about any of this? No. The answer is never. My dad's not going to use a cucumber mint infused man wash to open up his pores. He's not going to buy a new carbon fiber road bike (because whatever's in the shed will work with enough WD-40). I bought my dad a case of good German beer one summer and he dubbed it "undrinkable." So anything other than Yeungling or Lionshead beer is out of the question. Truth is he's pretty easy to please. Good food, outdoor activities and just enjoying one another - possibly the best gift to anyone despite the occasion.
Instead of making a list of potential Father's Day gifts that I'm not really going to buy for my dad, I thought I'd make a fun collage of all the things the man really likes to do. Now isn't that fun and realistic?!
