Donut, Anyone?

When in Philadelphia there are a couple of things that you naturally cannot pass up. Number 1 on your list of must-do, must-see, must-eat would of course be Beiler's Donuts in the Reading Terminal Market. Can anything be more heavenly than the Blueberry Fritter? No, no there isn't, sorry. Here's a little bit of history about the baking process and culture behind the best damn donut in town.

My advice, grab a bike share, hop aboard and pedal your way to RTM.  Hit Beiler's first and stroll through the stalls inside.  Once you've hit sensory overload, ride away with a stomach full of sugar and find a good cup of coffee near Rittenhouse.

  2. Sooooo..... We might be buying a pair of Indians in Arkansas and then riding them to Maine before heading down the East Coast. Which means, we'll prolly be in Philly at some point in August or September. Which also means, I am going to eat a donut.
