Air an Lot: A Crofter Blog
I've been following, by a recommendation from this blog, Air an Lot (meaning: "on the croft") a blog written by a Scottish guy named Donald Macsween from North Dell, Ness, Isle of Lewis. Life conveyed on the croft is so intriguing and seemingly rewarding. I've stumbled upon many farming blogs and crofting (a form of land tenure and small-scale food production unique to the Scottish Highlands) blogs in my time, but this one captures the true essence of small-scale farming- from the beautiful to the downright nitty-gritty. Thanks for sharing, I'll keep reading!

Longwood Gardens
Spent last Wednesday at Longwood Gardens outside of Philadelphia, PA. A lovely place to visit, you'll want to start gardening after this!
