We parked off of 118 and took the Falls trail through the park. It was an absolute perfect day to do it. Only 30 mi from my Dad's house, we trekked out this past Saturday for a hike. The pictures don't do it justice, but it was a lot of fun. I look forward to hiking this every season!
Anyone else do some hiking over the weekend? Any trail suggestions near Philly?

DeleteI've been there before! Stayed in Bloomsburg for the BMW MOA rally. After a week in 110 degree heat, my co-workers and I decided to go for a hike. But I'll be goddamned if two of them didn't get lost in that there park. And who had to run the trail in an attempt to flush them out? This guy! All kinds of cool shit to see along the way, though. Waterfalls and whatnot. Anyhow. Small world I suppose.
ReplyDeleteWow, it is a small world! Ricketts Glen is not to be missed if your in northeast pa. Hopefully, despite your friends getting lost, you enjoyed your visit and casually mentioned (after lost friends were found safely) that the majority of the trail is a loop!! haha
