I'm a huge fan of what Rohan does and how he does it. He makes/harvests/hunts/eats/photographs good food. It's remarkable what a man and his family can achieve if you cut out all the excess and focus on the goodness. I've been inspired by his writing for years now. Inspired to cook good food from his first book(Whole Larder Love), and excited to get my hands on the second book, A Year of Practiculture. Which for US residents may require some patience.
